The Faculty and Residents at the UNLV Orthodontic Clinic believe that every person deserves a healthy, beautiful smile, but we understand treatment can be expensive, so it is our mission to offer the Las Vegas community high quality care that is also affordable. Our Residents provide expert care under the guidance of our Faculty. In fact, our panel of board certified orthodontists reviews each case, so our patients receive the absolute best treatment for their smile.

Breakdown of Orthodontic Fees**
**Although records for orthodontics treatment may have been taken by another office, we take our own records as our own records are more comprehensive utilizing advanced imaging technologies and fulfill the criteria of the American Board of Orthodontics. The records fee is mandatory in all cases**
- First visit: Consultation Free
- Second visit: Orthodontic Records $250
- Third visit & after: Orthodontic Treatment $3,250 payment plan up to 24 months

- Orthodontic Limited Treatment $1,625
- Invisalign $1,000 additional
- Clear Ceramic Brackets $250 additional, per arch $500 upper & lower
- Removal of Braces $500-550 with AAO clearance letter from previous orthodontist
Retainer Fees
- Hawley Retainer Fee $150 each $300 upper & lower
- Essix/Clear Retainer $100 each $200 upper & lower

Insurance & Payment Options
Insurance will lower the overall cost of orthodontic treatment and we accept all PPO insurances and Medicaid. We do not accept HMO insurance. We will send a pre-authorization to your insurance, which will take approximately 4-6 weeks for a response. We will notify you when we receive the response from the insurance, but patients are welcome to contact their insurance directly to check the status of the approval. We also offer a convenient interest-free payment plan for up to 24 months, so you can find a beautiful smile that fits your budget.
